Space

Rental for space varies from about £80 to £280 per month dependant on size.

Cabinets are currently £46 per month.
Lease
-
Lease payment is due on the first of each month payable in advance

We prefer lease payment to be paid by standing order but will exceptionally accept cheques or cash.
- One month's notice to be given for the first of the month to vacate the last day of the month.
Payment of sales
- Payment of sales will be made by cheque.
- Close of weekly business is at 5pm on a Sunday and payments are available from 2pm the following Tuesday.
- Commission. All sales are commission free.
